Something about myself…
I strongly believe that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Therefore, I encourage all my patients to participate or get involved in any form of physical activity. This can be through organized sports, working out, or spending one day a week walking around the neighborhood. For me, the best way to maintain an active lifestyle is to set goals for myself. For 2017, I am hoping to run my fourth marathon. It will likely be sometime in the fall or winter when its not so hot!
